p.s., altho the tall white cabinet is absolutely beautiful, it wasn't made by my husband..  it IS however, inspiration to us.  It's one of the glorious cabinets that exist in the Niagara on the lake apothecary museum...  I love that space.

Even tho it was one of the coldest days of the year, there was a moment when i felt like i was living in a snowglobe. making these pretty thangs certainly helps warm a cold cold january day!

Valentines day...

hello flower friend...  believe it or not, i'm ordering for valentines day.  so, um... 
start thinking about it?  well, not too soon, but know that i'll have ya covered.

once the back room is set up for flowers, i'll work off of my father in law's work bench that he built decades ago....

its kind of quiet... january kind of quiet....

oh, the twenty dollar window is putzing along and thats kind of fun....

i think i'll put the "back in five minutes" sign on our front door and drift down to the basement.  i have a box full of old CD's and vinyl down there, its time to go on a little musical journey.... 

maybe i'll find some old vintage vessels down there..   fingers crossed.

Waiting patiently for the flower trucks to come in.  Not really open on Mondays, but I'm here...
